A beautifully appointed, renovated, 3 bedroom plus den bedroom, two bath townhouse at Coolidge Falls resort with spectacular views of Loon Mountain directly across the valley. Enter to the tiled foyer with a bench to sit and take off your shoes or boots and plenty of hooks to hang your outdoor gear. Off the foyer is the laundry room with new HE washer and dryer. Then step into the main living level with open concept, cathedral ceiling, living, dining and kitchen areas. The living area offers plentiful new seating with sleeper sofa to enjoy the wood burning fireplace, 55” smart LED television, Blu-ray player, Chromecast, wet bar, views of the slopes. The modern kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances and granite counter seating for three. The spacious dining table has seating for eight to enjoy a meal or sit and play a board game while taking in the views of the mountain. The wrap-around main deck surrounds the dining area on two sides and has two slider-door access points. Enjoy watching the skiers coming down the mountain from the living area, dining area and deck. Three bedrooms and the two baths are located downstairs. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen television, a private attached bath and a deck. The second bedroom on this level also has a queen bed, television and a deck. The second large shared bath is located just across the hall. The third lower bedroom offers a twin bed and a set of bunk beds. Head up to the top level to enjoy the den with another twin bed and television. (The true primary suite here is locked off.)

Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment. Nearby you will find horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking and the scenic gondola sky-ride to the Summit of Loon Mountain.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

  Our rental experience with loon was wonderful and easy. The house was clean and spacious, gaining entry was easy and the view once inside the house was beautiful. The house has plenty of space for my whole family and parents and the kitchen was plenty big enough for all of us to enjoy meals together. We will definitely rent again for future vacations

  Very nice place to stay at! The pictures featured on VRBO do not give this place justice. Seriously! We were a party of 6 and we were easily accomodated. Beautiful big kitchen, dining room and living room area. The beds are comfortable. This property in close proximity to Loon Mountain and fun activities in Lincoln. A must if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the magical New Hampshire outdoors.

  This was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend - especially for the Highland Games. Very clean and quiet space. Loved the back decks - could hear the bagpipes from the Highland Games and that’s exactly what we were looking for. Fireplace was perfect. Loon res was very helpful in letting us stay a little longer on Sunday so we could enjoy the postponed Saturday Highland Games (due to weather). That really helped complete the weekend and we are very appreciative for that flexibility. We definitely want to book this condo again - the only drawback was the quality of the queen mattresses in the two big rooms downstairs. The mattresses didnt have any cushion and no support- almost felt like cardboard. My mother ended up sleeping on the living room couch. So, not sure if that’s something that can be fixed any time soon but that was really a big detractor for both of us. Otherwise it truly is a fantastic condo- great views, quick access to Loon, very clean and quiet, and love the two recliners! We fell asleep on those both evenings. Was the type of condo I was looking for- again, just the mattresses were not great so that’s why I gave the first two questions 4s. And I probably wouldn’t recommend it to people who need a decent mattress/have back, hip, or joint issues.

  Our stay in the townhouse was fantastic. A few issues the first night but the management team addressed them right away the next morning. The townhouse was very well appointed, the view was amazing and we loved the resort amenities. My kids just loved our mountain vacation! We are hoping to book this again for a fall/winter excursion! I just wanted to add a note as well about the reservation office staff, they were extremely accommodating and friendly during the booking process. I strongly recommend booking direct versus an online service!

  Peaceful, comfortable, clean, bright, great layout, abundance of utensils and nice dishes, very comfortable sleeping, beautiful, spacious and with a perfect view of the ski slope. Reservation Service employees were very nice to deal with and booking was very easy. Would advise you to verify televisions working upon arrival, none of the televisions would work the week we were there. Also, ask about the pass for pools as we did not receive one (perhaps they were not open but I would check as it is listed as amenity).

  The condo itself is lovely and has a beautiful view. A couple of minor things - no bathroom on main living level and more furniture (specifically a table and chairs) would be nice on the deck. I rented this through VRBO but it was managed by Loon Reservation Service with whom I have a few complaints. Upon checking in it was made very clear that we were only allowed to park two cars at the condo (this had been stated in advance). I asked if they had any suggestions on where to leave a third car (we were staying there with adult children coming from different places). They said the only thing they could suggest was the grocery store downtown. We were given two parking passes to hang on display in our cars. Upon arriving at the condo, we discovered that there was room to park four cars and there was also an "overflow parking" area in the condo complex. During the entire weekend, we never saw a parking pass on any other car in the complex. The condo was lovely and clean, but there were a few things that turned up that were missed by whoever cleaned it - a plastic cup and straw on the floor in the corner of the dining area, a flashlight and what appeared to be a dummy cell phone under one of the beds, etc. Checkout was 10:00 in the morning which is pretty early especially when you need to clear out all of your trash and return keys to the office downtown instead of just being able to leave them in the condo. We had other family members staying in another condo in the complex but not managed by Loon Reservation and they had none of these issues - no limit on number of cars, later checkout at no charge, etc. When I went into the office to turn in the keys, I put the keys on the counter and the woman behind the desk said she would be with me in a moment and continued doing what she doing and then just took the keys and asked if I had a good stay, why did I have to wait for that?! I would not rent a property managed by this company again.

    We're sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay as much as you should have. With the large event across the street from your townhouse, and notification from the owner's association that there is not an overflow parking area in Coolidge Falls, but rather at the Village of Loon, which would likely be overflowing already, we stated the number of parking spaces permitted by the town. The parking passes help other owners contact you or our office, should you be parked in their space. We did give you a flyer at check-in with our number, which you could call if there were any questions or issues with your stay. We would have happily sent someone to clean up what the housekeeper evidently missed, or answered your question that you could leave the keys in the condo and/or depart later, should you desire, as long as no-one else was arriving to the same home on the same day. When we asked on departure if you had a good stay, we would have appreciated hearing about any unhappiness at that point (if not earlier), so that we could do something to resolve it immediately. We wanted to have the time to listen to you with full concentration, should you have something to share. Again, we are sorry that you were not as happy with your stay as you should have been, but hope that you will give us another try and let us know of any questions or concerns that may arise, during your stay.
