Forest Ridge 5-8

A lovely second-floor garden-style condominium. Enter the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen. The galley-style kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove with a self-clean oven. The dining area has a high-top table with seating for six. Four additional seats are available close by at the kitchen counter. The living room area contains comfy furniture, a flat-screen television with DVD, an air conditioning unit to cool you, and the enjoyment of a gas fireplace that will warm you with just the flick of a switch. The spacious back deck is accessed through a sliding door in the living area. The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed, a small flat-screen television, an air conditioning unit, an attached full private bath, and a separate sliding door to the back deck. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a television. In the hall between the primary bedroom and the remaining bedrooms, you will find the laundry room with a washer and dryer and a second full bath.

Forest Ridge 5-8 is located just a quick walk from the Forest Ridge Club House where you can enjoy the indoor pool, heated outdoor pool and the tennis courts.

This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at https://www.loonmtn.com/overview-ground-transportation/shuttle-bus.
The pool and fitness club may be temporarily unavailable due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit has two air conditioners, one in the primary bedroom and one in the living room.

  Problems: light bulb in master bedroom burnt out. Three light bulbs in other bedrooms burnt out. No spare lightbulbs: we had to buy replacements. Reservations difficult. Autofill terms and conditions did not work in Canada. Also 800 number (even with “1”) does not access from Canadian phone, and no other phone number provided. Could only communicate by email.

  The rental place is spacious, packed with all necessities. The AC is stationed only in two rooms, two smaller rooms only have the fans which are very loud. But, that didn't spoil our vacation. We loved having the heated indoor/outdoor pools, had a lot of fun. I would suggest clear direction to how to find the trash dumpsters.

  We stayed 5 nights. There were 5 adults and a baby. The condo was a good size for us and we were near the pool and rec center, which was important given how hot it was. Caution for hot weather; there are two standing a/cs in the unit and they could not keep the unit cool during hot, muggy weather.

  Great location for a ski weekend getaway taken with friends - super easy to get to the mountain by shuttle and had plenty of space for sleeping and enjoying one another's company! We even took advantage of the pool/hot tub in the main lodge for some relaxing time after a long day of hitting the slopes. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to spend a weekend away at Loon!
