Enter this Alpine Village townhouse to the open-concept living room, dining, and kitchen area with gas fireplace, air conditioning, and TV with DVD/VCR. Also on this level is a three-quarter bath. The second level of this townhouse hosts three bedrooms and a full bath. Two of the bedrooms each hold two twin beds. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and air conditioning. The topmost level of the townhouse holds a spacious sleeping area with two twin beds and two double beds.

Enjoy your membership in The Mountain Club Fitness Center, located on Loon Mountain. An indoor pool and outdoor pool, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, and exercise room.

Alpine Village Resort is located close to downtown North Woodstock. North Woodstock offers great dining opportunities including local favorites like the Woodstock Station & Brewery, Merland's, and the Pemi Public House. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming (Cascade Park is just a walk away), kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Please note: Alpine Village Townhouses have only one allotted parking space.
This home does not allow pets.
The Mountain Club pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
Alpine Village does not provide ski shuttle service.
This unit has two air conditioners: one in the living room, and one in the upstairs queen bedroom.

  We had a wonderful time on vacation in the white mountains. The home was spacious and the kids loved having a room on their own floor. The AC in the living room did not cool the home well but opening windows and keeping them open all day and night helped. The home was clean and empty which was great for kids as I did not have to worry about the children breaking anything and there was no clutter. The self clean on the oven did not work.

  Roomy , only wish had more air conditioning in other rooms , especially loft
  Air conditioner in living room kept throwing a p1 code ? And in the loft and the bedroom behind bathroom 1/2 outlets not working . None of the above did not ruin our stay .

  Overall, the rental worked out well for our group of eight women (the condo could hold 12 people). The living room could use a few more places to sit; there is room for more furniture. Some basic ammenites could be a bit more generous: only four paper coffee filters! We spilled coffee all over the counter because we reused one. Only two dishwasher pods- out third load went through without any soap. We bought toilet paper in case it ran out. The two large trash bags did get us through the weekend this time.The interior doors are squeeky and could use some oil. The hot water was awfully hot.

  This was a great place and we’ll set up for our NYE ski weekend with 10 people. 3 bedrooms on the second floor and a large loft area with multiple beds. Spacious living /dinning area and workable kitchen to cook and serve meals for 10. The people at the rental office were very nice, responsive and helpful.

  not bad considering the weather. 4 bedroom condo with 10 person capacity only has seating for 5 people in living area. kitchen very well equipped with dinner and cookware. legs on some of the dining chairs kept coming apart. lighting in living are could be better. other than that its a nice rental unit with a convenient location

  The location is great! However, be aware that the site advertises “access to Mountain resort” with pools and jacuzzis; this is on a different resort, which is a 12 minute drive away! I believe this should have been transparent on the advertisement. The plug outlets on the second and third floor do not work well, the carpets could be cleaned (feet were brown and black from what seems to be soiling from tar), 2 burners on the stove do not heat to high, and the twin beds could use updated or a thick bed added. The downstairs is a nice open space that can fit the full 10 person capacity. The customer service was very kind and helpful!

  Perfect spot nestled between Franconia Notch, Cannon and the Woodstock Brewery! We arrived late Friday evening and grabbing a nourishing bite at the brewery before arriving at the condo. We arrive to a warm and comfortable atmosphere where it was easy to settle in and rest up for skiing the following day. Clean, comfortable and convenient to so much, I will definitely consider the Alpine Village units when looking to rent in the area again!

  It was not bad the pace was easy to find and it is extremely roomy. However a bit outdated. There was No cable TV and this was a issue for the younger children. In addition it had no Internet which was in the documentation.

  The condo was fine. The temp at check-in was over 80. Are conditioner was weak. Screen was missing from 3 flr beedroom windor making it hard to vent the heat withiut getting bugs inside. bed in corner double closest to the window slopes down and to the left. Carpet needs cleaning.

  I stayed here with a group of 10 for a skiing weekend. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful throughout the booking process. The house was conveniently located near Loon as well as the town of Lincoln, and there was plenty of space for us to hang out and relax. The beds were a little rough for those of us who are light sleepers, but overall it was a great time and I would definitely recommend.

  The fire alarm went off at 6AM. It took us 1/2 hour to shut it down. It went off again and we had to disconnect it. The refrigerator door didn't close properly.Screens were missing and one was broken and left outside on the ground.
