A two bedroom with a loft, two bath multi-level townhouse located at the Village of Loon Resort across the Kancamagus By-way from Loon Mountain ski area. Enter to the foyer. Off to the right of the foyer are a full bathroom and a bedroom with queen bed, flat screen TV and air conditioning. On the level below the entry foyer is the primary bedroom suite with king size bed, TV/DVD and private bath. Also on this level is the laundry closet with side by side washer and dryer. Additionally you can access the small back yard space from this level. The level above the entry foyer hosts the kitchen as well as the living/dining area and back deck access. Enjoy the large flat screen TV, air conditioning and gas fireplace also on this level. The upper-most level of this townhouse offers a small sitting space as well as a sleeping loft accessed by ladder-type steps.

Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis, and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, four Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room, and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

  We have vacationed in the Lincoln area for many years and this was the clearest condo so far. The rental is located at the top of the property and that may be why it was so peaceful in mid July. We spent a day at Echo Lake and took the gondola to the top of Cannon Mountain. I can highly recommend a stay and would definitely book again myself.

  Working with Loon Reservation Service was wonderful, the condo is in desperate need of a deep clean and some updating. Parking could be a challenge if all units are full, especially in winter. Access to the resort pools, hot tubs and fitness room was a nice bonus.

  Everything worked out terrifically. Reservation service helpful and prompt. Ask about Air Conditioning and wifi, don't assume it's automatically included. We had wifi in the entire chalet and air conditioning in almost all the rooms, however not the master bedroom. It can be hot even in New Hampshire in the summer.

  The unit was spacious and comfortable for our family of two adults and 3 young children. The back porch was calming with the sound of a brook behind it. The unit was in very good condition, although not new. The location was perfect, right off the main highway. Just a little something be aware of: There was a bit of a musty smell in the downstairs room. There is a dehumidifier and there is air conditioning in the upper part of the apartment, which cools the downstairs room when the door is open. These help with the smell, but if you have severe allergies, this may be a problem for you.

  We've staying in maybe 6 different condos in the Village over the years. This one was well maintained and very clean. This was the first time renting a condo with air conditioning - what a treat b/c it was 90+ and humid during our stay! Had absolutely no problems. Only negative was the downstairs dehumidifier which, understandably, ran constantly and was a bit noisy. Would definitely rent this unit again!

  The village of loon are was very beautiful. The unit was nice and clean and fairly modern. The staff at the reservation service was very nice as well. The master bedroom downstairs was very musty and the room on the first floor had a bed that seemed like it hadn't been replaced in a while. The bed was so soft that I woke up with backaches every morning and had a tough time sleeping. However, when I told the staff about this issue, they wrote down the info and said they would look into it..hopefully they will.
