Riverfront U114

This three level townhouse provides an ideal spot for any vacation or get -away. Two social areas both with flat screen televisions allow you to spread-out and relax. Enter to the foyer and from there the spacious open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. These areas occupy the mid-level of the townhouse. The living room offers a large wrap-around couch, and large flat screen television. The dining area has seating for six with additional seating available close by at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has all that is necessary to create a meal. Additionally on this level you will find a 1/2 bath, the laundry room and access to the back deck. The primary and second bedrooms are located on the upper most floor and each have a queen size bed, air conditioning and private bath. On the lowest level you will find the third and fourth bedrooms each with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a bath. Also on the lowest level is a second living room with comfortable seating and another flat screen television.

During the summer season make sure to take a dip in the near-by old fashion river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months.

This unit provides two unassigned parking spaces. Parking tags must be displayed.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is now available - see details at https://www.riverfrontlincoln.com/property-rules/
The outdoor pool and tennis area are available in the summer season only and may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
Riverfront homes no longer allow tenants to use fireplaces.
This unit has two air conditioners, one in each upstairs bedroom.
There is an electric grill on the deck and a gas grill under the deck.

  The townhouse was very spacious and clean. We had difficulty finding the unit ( paperwork said U114) but that’s not listed on the building. We called the number after hours, and she contacted the owner, who called us back immediately and helped us find the right unit. Courteous, polite, helpful. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Well stocked kitchen. Kids love the choice of movies downstairs. Would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!!!!!!

  We had a great stay at Riverfront U 114 with our daughter and grandchildren. The unit was well appointed, clean and there was plenty of room for all. The location is convenient to many activities. The swimming hole was a big hit! I would, however suggest a map of the property or directions for how to get to the pool and swimming hole.

  The condo had 4 bedrooms, which was good for our group. The river was a big hit. We didn't really know which pool went with our condo and had to go scouting to find the river. There was no location maps for the grounds to help us navigate. The rental was okay and took care of our needs. The kitchen is overstocked with supplies, there is not enough room with more glasses and cookware then we could ever use. It also needs a deep clean. The deck is hazardous with peeling paint and exposed nails. It needs maintenance. The outdoor space of the deck was a big draw for us, but it was not very comfortable or inviting. The condo was quiet and safe and otherwise comfortable. Check out at 10am is very early and we would have loved an hour or two more.

Our apologize that locating the two available pools proved difficult as they were-are "On the Level below the townhouse closest to the river and immediately next to the tennis courts. Though the river is in truth a much more refreshing option, especially with "Lady's Bathtub", (a popular local swimming hole), is all but on property and best accessed from. As for the required check-out time, we realize it "comes early for some", yet housekeeping needs sufficient time in-between guest stays to re-make and re-set the property, with that 10am departure time clearly outlined through-out all of our paperwork. Then and last your noted concerns regarding housewares, housekeeping and maintenance have been flagged and noted for attention at next opportunity.   I was a bit disappointed.. The pool was quite a walk (and a very long stairway) away from the house. The pool was dirty and the water was very cold. Advertised being a "riverfront" home, there was really no way of getting to the river unless you drove to their other location and even then it was a reach to get to the river without intruding on another property. If there was an easier way, we weren't told about it. The house itself is a bit dated and worn and could really use some TLC. For $2000 for a week I was expecting a little better but it was ok. The portable A/C units make it impossible to sleep, so most of the time they were off.

  The mattresses on the beds in the basement were too soft. The basement also became pretty musty by the end of the trip. Overall the kitchen was really well stocked, though we could have used more kitchen trash liners and dish washing powder for the number of days we were there. Also would have liked a kitchen washcloth. The location was fantastic, the overall condos excellent and the service of the office expedient. We had a power outage that could not be fixed by fuse and the manager was there within a manner of minutes and called someone to fix it as fast as she could.

  Every year the only complaint we have is that there are not enough towels. We would like two bath towels per person and you only leave one. Its verty difficult to wash and dry hair and body with the same towel. the unit this year was extremely clean and we were very pleased with that.

  We liked the house and it's location. We like the pools, the river, and peacefulness. The thing we didn't like was the basement was VERY musty. It smelled bad. I would not recommend staying there in the summer because there is no a/c. No matter what they say, you need a/c there in the summer. Trust me. Looks like it would a nice place for the winter or cooler months.

  This appeared to be perfect unit for my multi-generation family get-away - 4 bedrooms, two living areas, 3.5 baths. We had 4 generations and wanted to stay togther rather than in two condos (we LOVE the condos at riverfront). We deiceded to try the townhouses because of their size. We experienced some drawbacks that will keep us from stying in the townhouses in the future (but may not be a problem for other families). First of all, we had to drive to the pool and diana's bath, not walk like you can from the condos. Safety was a problem in our unit - There were missing balusters on the deck that made it impossible to take our small child out on it. Inside, the loft and staircase balusters were spaced so far apart that she couldn't be trusted alone on the staircases. The lower level was very chilly - so we tried to use the electric heat to warm the two bedrooms. It did not work. The gas heater on that level was very tempramental and hard to regulate. People resorted to piling extra blankets over thier beds. The unit appears to be feeling its age - all the wallpaper is lifting in every bathroom from steam. Mattresses are tired. TV remotes missing batteries. The very large "dried" wreath above the fireplace is a fire hazard waiting to happen. My MIL thought it was a leftover Christmas decoration! If you enjoy rooms flooded with daylight, pick another town house - this is a very dark unit - not much natural light gets in. But the biggest issue for us was there was no privacy - 4 bedrooms, three levels and you could hear anything said in every corner of the unit - atrium styling made it very noisy. Did we have a miserable time? No! Was it the best value for the cost or for our needs - definately not. We will go back to the condos in the future.
