Riverfront A301

This three-bedroom third-floor walk-up Riverfront condo provides a cozy home-like feel. Spend time in the spacious living room relaxing in front of the view or watching a movie on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Blu-ray DVD player. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, television, and Blu-ray DVD player. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and television. The final bedroom has a set of bunk beds, a twin day bed, and a small television. Additionally, there are two full baths. One bath is attached to the primary bedroom and the other is located in the hall between the second and third bedrooms. While here be sure to enjoy the wooded view of the river from the back deck as you listen to the soothing sounds of the flowing water.

During the summer season make sure to take a dip in the nearby old fashion river swimming hole or spend time at one of the two outdoor pools. Tennis courts are also available during the summer months.

Please note:
This unit provides two parking spaces.
Shuttle bus service to Loon Mountain Ski Area is not available.
The outdoor pool and tennis area are available in the summer season only and may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit has two air conditioners, one in the dining room and primary bedroom.
Riverfront homes no longer allow tenants to use fireplaces.

  Working with Loon Reservation Service specifically Linda was a great experience. We had a small issue before check in which Linda handled expertly. The condo itself needs alittle face lift,it looks alittle tired and old. Nevertheless it had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, fireplace, family room, kitchen and washer/dryer. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was also fantastic down the street from central Lincoln. Eat at Black Mtn Burgers! Great burgers.

  We have rented this unit for multiple summers. We enjoy the units proximity to the pool and river, but the beds are simply terrible. They've never been good, but this summer no one could get a restful sleep. Next summer we will be looking to stay in a more modern unit and resort as Riverfront, as a whole has let time pass it by.

  We had a wonderful stay! Our condo was spacious and we were able to speed out after being out chasing trains all day. We had everything we could possibly want or need in the condo. The location was convenient and yet quiet. The staff were helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

  We rented 2 units in this building for a large family gathering. I've stayed at Riverfront in the past and returned multiple times. I can't recommend this particular unit because the heat is impossible to control. We arrived on a very cold day in June and it was difficult to get the heat to warm the place up. It started to get warm on the 3rd day and then it was impossible to turn the heat off. We ended up leaving the windows open with the heat on just to be somewhat comfortable. If I were the owner I'd want to fix this if for no other reason than to save on the heating bill.

    We appreciate your comments, though wish you had let us know that there was an issue during your stay, rather than afterward. We have not been able to reproduce the problem with the baseboard heat. The box that you turned on works during peak hours, so perhaps the baseboard was set to be off during that time.

  My husband, cousin and sister in law came up on a motorcycle trip. Communication was great and we were contacted by the rental company after booking, who described how the key and other details would follow. When we arrived, the lock was as described as was the condo. It is very spacious, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a nice deck to overlook the river. Kitchen appliances are clean and in great working order. Couches are very comfortable as are the beds. The condo was very clean. Love the hologram clock in the bedrooms! Really nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well. The only "issue" we ran into was the building next door was having a new roof put on which started at 7 am on July 6 - a wee bit early. A nicer touch would be to let the renter know that construction was scheduled in the condo community. A great overall experience.

  This was our second year renting this condo. It is well located to Loon and coming from Florida we really enjoy the fireplace and abundance of firewood.
  The condo is well equipped although we did replace the fire grate and wish the fireplace screen was in better shape.. we were always concerned about embers escaping.

  After a long drive to Lincoln, check-in was quick and easy. Staff were excellent. The condo was very clean and comfortable and had a good layout-if preparing something in the kitchen, one could easily converse with those in the living room, just a comfortable situation for our small group. The only difficulty was getting up the stairs after hiking Carrigain-but that was due to tired legs, no fault of the condo :) Overall, a very nice experience. Thank you.
