This third floor walk-up condominium is sophisticated and spacious with all the comforts of home and much more. Enter through the foyer and step in to the main living space including full kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, dining area with seating for six and living area with wood burning fireplace and television with DVD. From the living area access the back deck and enjoy the river view. To the left of the main living area is the primary bedroom suite with queen bed, flat screen TV and full private bath. While to the right, you will find a second full bath and two additional bedrooms each with two twin beds and a television.

Make sure to spend time at Deer Park's Indoor Pool and Fitness Center or on the private lake-front sandy beach. Throughout the local area you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at https://www.deerparkresort.com/shuttle.php.
Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit has two air conditioners.
This unit is only available for winter seasons.

  We visited Deer park 200 during 2017 fall. It was better than I expected. Hose was clean, supportive staff and the best part was the river view from the balcony. It was also close to the town center. Overall a very comfortable experience.

  My family and I love visiting the Lincoln area. This is our 2nd time staying at Deer Park. It's just a great place for a family of all ages to stay and relax. I also have to give a shout out to the Loon Reservation Service. The folks there are super friendly and thoroughly explain everything about your rental.

  The only thing that I would like to comment on is your check-in/check-out times. Because you have check-in at 4 and check-out at 10, we could only really use the facitities for two out of our three night stay. I think you should allow people access to the property earlier in the day or let them check out and still use the pool/lake for the remainder of that day.
