A four bedroom townhouse with a 2 living areas, 3 .5 baths and two living areas. While here relax on the back deck and enjoy the mountains view toward South Mtn; unwind in front of your favorite television program in one of the two living areas or create a meal in the well equipped kitchen… whatever you decide for your White Mountain get-away, you are sure to like the "top of the development" location and spaciousness of this Forest Ridge townhouse.

Enter the townhouse to an air-lock entry room with area for boot storage etc. Then once through the second entry door you'll have a 1/2 bath and also in this hallway is the laundry closet with full sized washer and dryer. Move straight past this bathroom/laundry area to the open concept living, dining and kitchen. The living area offers a flat screen smart television with DVD and wonderful views of the ski area. The dining area has seating for six to eight with three additional seats available at the kitchen counter. The deck with great mountain views is accessed from this area as well.

The second living area is located downstairs and offers a flat screen TV. Also on this level are two bedrooms, each with 1 Bunk Bed Set plus 1 Twin Bed and a Full Bath shared between them.

The upper most level of the townhouse, above the entry level, offers two additional bedrooms, both with private attached baths. The Primary Bedroom features a King bed and A/C where the second bedroom offers a Queen bed.

Forest Ridge 37-2 is a slight distance from the Forest Ridge Club House, with indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a deck over-looking a private pond. Use of swim club requires digital key access.
Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

This unit has two air conditioners: one in the king and in the Main Floor Living Room.
Forest Ridge requires at least a 3-night minimum and a minimum renter age of 24 years.
