Enter this spacious three-level townhouse to a foyer with benches to sit and remove outer-ware. Through the foyer and to the right is a hall leading to a half bath and the laundry closet with stacked washer/dryer but continue straight on to the living, dining and kitchen areas as well as the door to the back deck. The living room offers two couches, a wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV. The full kitchen includes a microwave and dishwasher. The dining area table seats six with four more stools close-by at the kitchen counter. Additionally, there is an air conditioning split unit in the dining area to cool this level of the townhouse.

From the living room head downstairs to a second living area with flat screen TV, two bedrooms and a full shared bath. The bedroom to the right holds two sets of bunk beds, while the bedroom to the left offers a queen bed. The full bath is conveniently located between the bedrooms.

Travel back up to the main living entry level and journey upstairs to find two additional bedrooms each with their own private bath and air conditioning split unit. The Primary bedroom to the right has a king bed. The final bedroom has two twin beds.

Enjoy membership in the Forest Ridge Club House, with indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a deck over-looking a private pond. Loon Mountain is just a short drive away and shuttle bus service is provided weekends and holidays in season.

Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit has built-in air conditioning, in the living room and upper bedrooms.
Dogs are welcome in this unit, there is a $50 one time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed.

  We had a great bonding family vacation at Forest Ridge. My Daughter, Granddaughter and two Great Grandsons, and our 2 chihuahuas were able to really relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of the White Mountains even though it rained every day. We made the best of it by just being together and laughing and making beautiful memories. I've been coming up to the White Mountains for the last 50 years. It's the one place we can truly relax and find peace. It was great to see how happy my daughter and her daughter were to see my Great Grandsons enjoying the same things they used to do when they were the boys' ages. We went to Clark's Trading Post and had a great time. We also went to Story Land and the Squam Lakes Science Center. Again, both days were downpours, but it didn't matter because we were all together and had so many laughs. This wouldn't have been possible in a cramped hotel room. It was nice to each have our own separate bedrooms and to be able to cook our meals and relax, instead of rushing out to a restaurant for every meal. We did enjoy going out to eat breakfast at Flap Jacks. The food was delicious and the boys loved the little train that circled the entire restaurant. We hope to be able to rent the same unit again either this Summer or in the Fall. The boys really looked forward to swimming in the indoor pool every day after spending the days outside. The Loon Reservation staff were very kind and helpful. Thank you for everything

  It was good for what I needed it for. Kind of outdated but still functional. A bit annoyed by the renovating going on next door on a Saturday and Sunday at 8am. A heads up would’ve been nice.

  The rental was perfect for a vacation in the mountains. The pools were great for relaxing after strenuous days at the Flume and Loon Mountain. There were six of us ranging in age from six to seniors. It was clean and tidy with plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed except a griddle pan. Make sure you bring beach towels and a griddle!

  We were a group of 8 folks and the rooms were ample to accomdate all of us and clean. Given the pandemic - the place was ideal , with no contact whatsoever with any individual . The kitchen was well utilized by us and had enough dishes , pots and pans.

  Great location and loved wood fireplace. Beds very comfortable with great common spaces for young adults to have some space from us. Great to have four bathrooms! Washer and dryer. Pool/hot tub amenities good but no towel service there... home had very few towels for number of guests( one Yoel per person for three night stay. Only downside was a parking situation for a condo for 10 people you only get two parking spaces and have to park up at the pool area but it’s the way the property is structured. You get a ticket if you do it overnight and a tow the next day. So take that very seriously. Hard to do with kids with special needs but otherwise a fantastic day
