Forest Ridge 5-6

A second floor garden style condominium. Enter to the open concept living, dining and kitchen. The galley-style kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave and electric stove with self-clean oven. The dining area has a spacious table with seating for eight. Four additional seats are available close-by at the kitchen counter. The living room area contains a large wrap-around couch, a flat screen television with DVD, an air conditioning unit for those hot summer days and the enjoyment of a gas fireplace for those cold winter nights. The generous back deck is accessed through a sliding door in the living area. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen television and an air conditioning unit as well as an attached full private bath and a separate sliding door to the back deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed, television and an air conditioning unit while the third and final bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a television. In the hall between the primary bedroom and remaining bedrooms you will find the laundry room with washer and dryer and a second full bath.

Forest Ridge 5-6 is located just a quick walk from the Forest Ridge Club House where you can enjoy the indoor pool, heated outdoor pool and the tennis courts.

This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at https://www.loonmtn.com/overview-ground-transportation/shuttle-bus.
Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit has three air conditioners- one in the king and queen bedrooms, and one in the living room.
Dogs are welcome in this unit, there is a $50 one time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed.

  Spent a quick 2 nights over a long weekend. Exactly what we needed for our stay! Comfortable unit in great shape with A/C in all rooms, located a quick walk to the pool. Easy access to all the restaurants along Main St in town (less than 5 min drive) and to the highway into Franconia Notch. Would definitely look to stay again next time we're in town!

  Good location, close to Clark’s Trading Post. Plenty of restaurants close by. Condo was clean and close to the pool. Kitchen could use better utensils.

  I knew we would have a great stay from the moment we booked, since a phone came shortly after booking to ensure everything we need would be taken care of. Our stay was over Columbus Day weekend so it was busy as ever in Lincoln but we were prepared for that.
  Our place was better than described! Very spacious and the views were awesome and full of color!
  The only downside was the portable air conditioners were still installed and the window vents were still in which made the very drafty. The temperature a night got to the mid 30's while we were there so two of the bedrooms got chilly at night. I'm sure if it were warmer there wouldn't be more concern. Extra blankets heled but it's a detail that was probably overlooked.

  Property manager was a pleasure to work with.
  Condo located within minutes of everything yet tucked away enough that you feel like you are in the mountains. Unit could use some updating. Stains on carpet, furniture chipped, deck boards need tending. Master bed looked like it had been sat on before we arrived. But the amenities were great for 3 couples. TV and A/C in every bedroom and LR. Online description did not indicate such. Beds were extremly comfortable. No noice heard from neighbors. Kitchen had everything we needed. We'd go back.

  Our family of 4 stayed for 3 nights in June. The condo was in excellent condition, beds and linens were clean and comfy, air conditioning in every bedroom and main living space, kitchen was well stocked, coffee machine (auto drip) worked well, indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained and staff was always checking on conditions and cleaning up in the pool and exercise areas. Grounds were beautiful and our dog thoroughly enjoyed the daily walks around the pond. We will definitely stay again!

  We really enjoyed getting together with family (kids and dogs!) in this relaxed setting. It is close to restaurants and stores, but a bit up the hill so feels farther away than it is. We were able to use the indoor pool, which was a huge draw for the kids but it was definitely NOT 82 degrees! The front desk person said it was but it was very chilly. Still fund to swim, but don't rely on the "heated" pool too much! There's also tennis and a great bike/running path along the Kangamagus.

  We love staying in Forest Ridge, we have stayed in multiple units over the last 5 years. This was our first time bringing our dog, so we were a little nervous that the unit would be dogfish. It was not. It was very clean and comfortable, though it doesn’t have central A/C each room has a unit and the living room does too, so it was very comfortable during our current heat wave. I would definitely recommend this unit and the Forest ridge Community in general.

  We have stayed at Forest Ridge a few times before, and while we love the property, this particular unit was lacking. Supplies were bare bones (2 cereal bowls for a unit that sleeps 8), it was dated, some comforters on the beds had holes in them, there was a large stain on one of the walls upon check in (maintenance did take care of this), and the front hallway stunk like rotten trash for our entire 4 night stay. While we would stay at Forest Ridge again, we would NOT stay at this particular unit.
