This beautifully finished mountain home sits in Coolidge Falls, with spectacular views from just about every room of the Loon Mountain ski area about 0.25 miles away across the valley. On the entry-level, you will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed, a sofa, and a full attached bath. Also found on the entry-level are the laundry room with a washer and dryer, and access to the garage. The main living level is located on the second floor of the home. The main level offers open-concept living with exquisite pine floors throughout, a cathedral ceiling, and plenty of glass to enjoy the view. The living area offers a large flat-screen television and a spacious sofa. The kitchen has granite countertops, finished cabinets, high-end appliances, and a bar counter leading to the dining area making it a wonderful place to entertain family or friends. Directly off the living room is a sunroom, one of the coziest spots in the home. The front deck with its wonderful mountain view is accessed from the sunroom as is the back patio. The half bath and the primary bedroom with en-suite bath are also located on the main living level. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and air conditioning while the primary bath offers a glass-enclosed shower and a jetted tub. The third (top-most) level of the home holds three bedrooms and a full shared bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed and air conditioning, the second has a queen bed and air conditioning, and the third offers two twin beds and a set of bunk beds.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Enjoy your membership in The Nordic Inn Club from May 26, 2023, to September 4, 2023. Indoor and seasonal outdoor pools, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, co-ed dry sauna, and fitness room. The pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.

  The place was really really nice tons of room and everything you could need was there if I had a bad thing to say I would say they need to put a Note on the dryer to make sure the lint filter is clean because when I used the dryer there was so much lint in the filter it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time other then that I would definitely rent this place again

  Thank you for a lovely weekend at a very clean and comfortable home. We were a combined family of 10 people from 69 years to 1 1/2 years of age. All of us enjoyed the accommodations. It took us a little time to figure out how to keep the youngsters safe around the stairs, but we worked it out. It was a central location for a wedding in Warren, NH, Santa’s Village, Clark Trading Post, and other attractions. Our only suggestion would be to get to the breakfast spots early!

  The property is exceptionally clean and very spacious.The kitchen is beautifully modern and well equipped. The views of the mountain are fantastic and the neighborhood was very quiet. There is a fabulous screened in room to enjoy the cool mountain air. The listing states that it is air conditioned but only three of five bedrooms have A/C and not the main living/dining area and kitchen. It was cool for August so it was not a problem but the listing should reflect that only some bedrooms have A/C. It was a wonderful stay.

  Stayed here with my sister and our families. Plenty of room for 12 people to sleep and eat. Two of the bedrooms have their own private baths. Kitchen table big enough for all of us to play games. And the location was close to all of the activities. Also gives you a pass to Loon Mountain Club to use pools. Beautiful pool at base of mountain. Would definitely recommend this house!
