Deer Park 53

This sunny first-floor, spacious one-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental located in Deer Park Resort comfortably sleeps five guests. The condominium is located on the entry level of a hotel-style building, between the Pemigewassett River and the lake with a sandy beach. Enter to find the spacious living room, equipped with a comfortable sofa with a new mattress, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a dining table that seats six, and two large mirrors that complement the space. The open, full kitchen is adjacent to the living room. From the living step out and relax on the cozy patio with a view toward the East Branch of the river. The bedroom holds a queen bed, a twin bed, and a full connecting bath. The second full bath is close to the entrance.

Coin-operated laundry facilities are available in the lower level of the condominium building.

The unit is very close to the Deer Park Club House, where you can enjoy the indoor pool with jacuzzi, fitness club, racquetball courts, Ping-Pong table, a lovely fireplace lounge with various games, and a private man-made lake with a sandy beach. In summer, tennis courts are available throughout the resort.

This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at https://www.deerparkresort.com/shuttle.php.
Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit has built-in air conditioning in the living room.

  We had a problem with the lock box but they went above and beyond to solve the issue. Loved the location only issue or complaint with the one we rented was a little dated furniture and TVs could use some updating . But over all satisfied. Would definitely rent again and recommend staying here.

  I was disappointed in the property-window was broken and cold air was coming through, white rug was stained, dirty and limited linens available. Shower barely had water pressure no matter how much I tried to fix the nozzle.

  The housekeeping staff did their best to prepare for our arrival - the unit was very clean and "guest ready". However the carpeting was badly stained in several areas reducing the unit's overall appeal. It should have been replaced as the stains appeared to have been there for some time. Also, the only outlet in the ensuite bath did not work. However the location of this complex is wonderful, very quiet and spacious yet very close to downtown Lincoln.

  Our family vacation included 15 members from age 1 /12 years to 83 years. This one bedroom unit with 2 bathrooms was conveniently located within Deer Park and was a quiet retreat for the older members of our party. The instructions to enter and leave the unit were well explained. It had a full kitchen and was very clean. The unit was exactly what we needed.

  This unit is in a great location within Deer Park, near the clubhouse, across from the river, with picnic tables and beach close by. And Deer Park is convenient to both WMNF and Franconia Notch, Lincoln and North Woodstock, and the interstate. The unit was clean and comfortable and quiet.

  We would normally have just stayed at a hotel for this short a trip, but due to Covid we felt having a full apartment with kitchen and dining table would allow us to have many of our meals there. Everything was clean and just as described. A very nice location. Our kids are grown up, but I couldn't help think of how great the place would also have been for us 10-15 years ago, it's so family friendly.

  Unit is close to lake which was great! The storage was great in all rooms. The larger bath was nice, the smaller bath needs a new shower head. It trickles instead of sprays. The sleep sofa was so old the mattress was rusted. the couch was very uncomfortable because of the age. I had to buy an air mattress for one of the guests. Bedroom should have a TV.Fan in bedroom not strong enough even on high to flow air in the room properly.
