Forest Ridge 134-4

A four bedroom townhouse with a den, 3 3/4 baths and two living areas. While here relax on the back deck and enjoy the sound of the small babbling brook nearby; unwind in front of your favorite television program in one of the two living areas or create a meal in the well equipped kitchen… whatever you decide for your White Mountain get-away, you are sure to like the location and spaciousness of this Forest Ridge townhouse.

Enter the townhouse to find a den on the right with a queen size futon, television and adjoining full bath. This bath can also be accessed from a hallway just to the other side of the bedroom. Also in this hallway is the laundry closet with full sized stacked HE washer and dryer as well as a spare refrigerator. Straight past the bedroom and hall is the open concept living, dining and kitchen. The living area offers a flat screen television with Blue Ray DVD and a wood burning fireplace. The dining area has seating for six to eight with three additional seats available at the kitchen counter. The deck with wooded view is accessed from this area as well.

The second living area is located downstairs and also contains a wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV as well as a table for gaming or creating a craft. Also on this level are two bedrooms and a full bath. One of these bedrooms has a single set of bunk beds while the other offers two sets of bunk beds.

The upper most level of the townhouse, above the entry level, holds two bedrooms each with their own bath and air conditioning. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and full bath while the other bedroom has a queen size bed and ¾ bath.

Forest Ridge 134-4 is not far from the Forest Ridge Club House, with indoor pool, heated outdoor pool, tennis courts, and a deck over-looking a private pond.
Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets. *pet dander may be present, as owner has a pet.*
This unit has two air conditioners: one in the king and queen bedrooms.

  The place was beautiful, the location very nice I like the dead ends, very safe for children. They were a few thing for an example some window was unable to open, that we manage without them, the shower on the first floor needs to be look at. Nothing to complain. I would love to come back.   We enjoyed a spacious, clean, generously appointed stay at Forest Ridge.our now adult aged children had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool at the rec center was perfect for lap swimming, staff there every day were very nice. Woodstock, Littleton, the notch and the Kancamangus were all close by for a bare of activities.

  Excellent property. Plenty of space. Very clean. Close to mountain. Would definitely rent here again. Only disappointed that we couldn't use fireplace and the downstairs heat didn't work properly. However, impressed with how quickly maintenance came to address issue.

  The place was perfect size for 12. We brought my son and his family and my daughter and her family. (6 kids under 6). We brought 2 gates for the staircases - a must with little ones. Dealing with the Loon Reservation Service was easy and everyone was nice and helpful. Our only issue was that we were looking forward to using the fireplace but thedoors were broken. We were only told the day before coming so that was a bummer but understandable. However, we found glass from these doors all through the living room carpet and under dining table-not cool with babies. We cleaned it up and did not call guest services. Just glad we found it before the babies did. Having use of the pool was a great bonus for the kids. We were able to get a late checkout as well which was so helpful to let naps happen before packing up.

  Our party of 6 all agreed your rental was beautiful & comfortable. There was plenty of room for us to have our privacy & being located at the end of “the kanc” was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of restaurants & grocery store being a couple miles down the road was a nice convenience. Only slight disappointment was the dirty coffee pot & 3 crushed plastic cups under the tv stand in the living room. Other than that unit was clean & would definitely rent here again.   Condo was very nice and spacious with 4 bathrooms which made it nice for 8 guys. AC in the top floor bedrooms and the lower level bedrooms stayed cool. Deck was a little small and buggy at night. Overall, a nice condo to stay at and close to everything.

  We had 9 family members (our whole clan) staying for the 3 day weekend. The Condo was clean, in very good shape and comfortable for the whole family. The location was very convenient. We made use of the proximity to the Common Man Restaurant on Thursday and we made dinner at the rental Friday and Saturday. In past years we have had other rentals where we found half the furniture was broken and unusable, our rental at Forest Ridge was excellent and we found everything in good shape and clean.

  This vacation rental was updated and modern. It was very clean. There was enough room for everyone and centrally located. I would recommend this rental to anyone staying in this area. The only suggestions I have is to leave directions to the TV's and the futon. We could not open the futon or work the tv in the lower level. Also there wasn't a remote for the DVD in the living room so we were unable to use the DVD player. Also, we were lucky it was not to hot the week we were there as the downstairs bedroom with two bunkbeds has no screens in the windows so we could not open the windows!
