A charming four-bedroom, three-bath townhouse at Alpine Village. Enter to the living room with plentiful seating, air conditioning, a gas fireplace, and a flat-screen television with DVD. Through the living room is the dining area with seating for eight, followed by the modern kitchen, which is well equipped with all you will need to prepare your favorite meal. Off the living area is a remodeled full bath and a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and television. From this bedroom, head outside to enjoy the spacious back deck with a wooded view. Below the entry level is a finished basement holding a second living area with flat screen television and DVD as well as a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a second modernized full bath, and a laundry room. The uppermost floor of the townhouse is located above the entry level and offers two bedrooms, a sitting loft, and a third renovated full bath. Each of these bedrooms has two twin beds, one with a small flat-screen television.

Enjoy your membership in The Nordic Inn Club. Indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub, co-ed dry sauna, and fitness room. (approximately 2.6 mi drive)

Alpine Village is located close to downtown North Woodstock. North Woodstock offers great dining opportunities, including local favorites like the Woodstock Station & Brewery, Merland's, and the Pemi Public House. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time, including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming (Cascade Park is just a walk away), kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Please note: Alpine Village Townhouses have only one allotted parking space.
Dogs are welcome in this unit. There is a $50 one-time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed.
The Nordic Inn pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
Alpine Village does not offer a ski shuttle service.
This unit has two air conditioners: one in the main living area and one in the sitting loft.

    We went to North Woodstock/Lincoln for the ice castles and skiing. This townhouse was in a perfect location for both. Nice house with everything you need for a week or weekend. I would definitely stay again.

    Lots of room in this condo. We will definitely stay here again. Our only complaint is the upstairs bedding was not changed. Two of our guests needed to sleep above the covers with blankets that we brought. All bedding should have been changed. This wasn’t good but everything else was clean and cozy.

    Clean and nicely maintained. However we were disappointed with the onerous exit instructions, since we paid over $400 in host and service fees. At that level of fees, I expect the mgt co to check the various HVAC settings, not leave all that work to the guests with a 10 am check out time. There were 3 floors, 2 different systems, and multiple temp settings/doors closed/doors open requests. A bit ridiculous to ask the guest to track since we had paid over $400 in fees...what exactly is the property mgt co doing besides cleaning?

      Response from owner: Firstly we would like to say thank you for being conscientious about reading the guest information and setting the heating to minimize energy consumption in the house when it is vacated. The exit settings are optimized to keep the minimum heat in the right place to prevent pipes from freezing and bursting. We are very conscious of trying to cut the carbon footprint of the property, so guests' help in achieving this is much appreciated. However, we are sorry you felt the exit instructions were excessive and will look at whether we can make it easier with more labels. It should only take a few minutes to pop round, turning down the thermostats in each room, and closing bedroom doors, and this goes a long way to cutting out unnecessary waste of electricity. I know Loon Reservations are always helpful and will consider a slightly later departure if no one else is booked in. As always, if guests have any questions or concerns then a quick call to Loon Reservations will normally get things resolved. Regarding the fees, these included cleaning (plus additional for dogs) and optional travel insurance. The amount that actually goes to Loon Reservations to cover administration is less than $50. The bulk of their costs are paid by us as the owners out of the rental fee. I hope this helps explain that overall there is a fairly tight costing process to keep the rental price competitive. Otherwise, we hope you enjoyed the warm cosy comfort of our lovely home during your stay.

    This home at Alpine Village is well equipped with all the things you'll need for a fun and relaxing stay in the White Mountains. The house was clean, roomy, updated and very comfortable for our extended family of 7. We especially enjoyed the large back deck overlooking the trees. We hope to come back next year!

    I am sure the title interests you? I am afraid to review this property because it is so nice and everyone will want to rent it!
    This end unit is quiet, comfortable and in such a great location for a perfect vacation stay. The cleaning crew do a fantastic job, as the unit was immaculate and just felt clean.
    Plenty of towels, utensils, plates, cups and everything else you would need.
    We only used the portable A/C on the main floor for a couple of hours, but it was great on a warm Memorial Day Sunday.
    Can't wait to rent this unit again!

    The property was comfortable and spacious. It was disappointing because the WiFi and cable did not wor, and we could not use the fireplace.

      The homeowner writes: We are very sorry the Wi-Fi and cable were not working during your stay. They are now. Spectrum is pretty good at getting someone out within 24 hours to fix such problems, so please do report them to Loon Reservations who will help. Unfortunately, we have been instructed by the Alpine Village association that Renters are no longer allowed to use wood-burning fires due to insurance limitations. This is particularly disappointing as we upgraded the fireplace to fully meet modern standards only 3 years ago. We believe the fireplace is the center of the home during winter months, and so are planning to replace it with a suitable gas-burning fireplace to allow renters (and ourselves!) to enjoy the fire through the winter. This should be done once the ground thaws and be ready for next season.

    We've been renting this condo for a few years now and like it. I'm disabled and can't go up and down the stairs so I need a bedroom on the first floor. It's very convenient to have bathrooms on all 3 levels.

    Unit 122 at Alpine village was a clean and comfortable. With a large basement common room in addition to the living room, there was plenty of space for all 8 of us. The kitchen was well-stocked w/ pots and pans for cooking. The largest drawback, however, was that there was only enough hot water for a couple of people to shower at a time -- others had to wait a couple of hours for the water to be hot again.

    Very good experience. The property was spotless. Kitchen and bathroom could not have been cleaner. All floors/surfaces clean. The shuttle to Loon worked great, loved being able to walk to the Woodstock Inn.
    In the future I will inquire about late check out on Sunday, would have loved to stay a few more hours.

    The process was very easy to book townhouse. Ladies at desk were helpful. Now we rented with 5 adults one in wheelchair and a dog. Plenty of room to sleep and move around. No AC which we knew but we ended up in a massive heat wave, finally got ac after asking for one. But only down fall was we couldn't use lower level. A smell from lower level almost like mold, basement smell. Yuck. If we left lower door open whole house stunk!
    Very quiet and peaceful. Until they had construction going on right outside the units! That was the worst. Waking up early to that sound. Just ask if they are doing any construction before you go. 😉

      We're sorry that your stay wasn't all that it should have been. The homeowners had ordered, and just finished installing on September 12th, a dehumidifier system for that lower level. And the owner's association ended up installing buried propane tanks throughout the development while you were here, which is a very rare occurrence. We do hope to see you here again another time.

    My family and I stayed in Alpine Village unit 122 from Thursday evening, Sept. 14 through Monday morning, Sept. 18, 2017. We were there to attend the New Hampshire Highland Games at Loon Mountain. We have stayed at Alpine Village for many years, in various units, and have always been satisfied with the accommodations. This time was no different. The kitchen and dining area in this unit are a little cramped due to the layout, which is somewhat different from other units we've stayed in, but overall we were very pleased with this unit. And it is always a pleasure to deal with the Loon Reservation Service staff - they are unfailingly helpful and friendly.

    We loved the deck, the room downstairs was great as it was a little cold the living area was great too.
    Maintenance was great too, as the refrigerator wasn't working so well they came within the hour to bring another one, great service.
