This three level townhouse provides a wonderful spot for any vacation or get-away and offers a beautiful view of Deer Park’s man-made lake. Enter to the foyer and from there, the spacious open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room offers plentiful seating, a wood burning fireplace, air conditioning and large screen television with DVD. The dining area has seating for eight with additional seating available close by at the kitchen counter. The beautifully remodeled kitchen has all that is necessary to create a meal and offers a breakfast nook with a smaller table and two stools. The deck overlooking the lake can be accessed from both the dining area and the kitchen. Also on this level off the entry foyer is a bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen television as well as a full bath. The level above the entry area holds the primary bedroom suite with king size bed, flat screen television and full attached bath with separate jetted tub and glass enclosed shower. While in the basement level you will find the third and fourth bedrooms, a full bath, the laundry room and a second living room. One bedroom has a queen size bed and television while the second offers one set of bunk beds and a twin bed with trundle. The second living area holds another large screen television with DVD, couches and a high- top table for playing a board game or starting a puzzle. Additionally from this living area you can walk-out to the lake.

While here enjoy the Deer Park Club House with access to indoor pool, fitness room and man-made swimming lake with sandy beach.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.

    It's a beautiful condo right on the lake. Lots of space, would easily hold 2 families, and it's all very nice. My only quibble is that it's very close to the highway. That made it tough to have the window open at night, because of the highway noise.

    Thank you for the services. We had a very comfortable stay . Every thing was great including the cleanliness of the condo.
    If I could change one thing it would be the arrival and departure times.
    It would be nice to check in At 3 pm instead of 4pm. also extend check out till 11Am.

    Having owned a condo @Deer Park for nearly 20 years, we have been returning with our grandchildren annually the last few years for parents get to share with the next generation, the places and things that they got to visit and do when they were growing up.

    The Linwood area never disappoints. From there, there are hundreds of things or places to do or visit. Wonderful dining out options, as well as quiet family dinners at "home".
    Deer Park has consistently maintained the complex in a manner that reflects a caring for the environment, as well as a user friendly attitude. From sitting around relaxing, to floating out to Shark Rock, or just tubing on the Pemi, not to mention the indoor pool complex.
    All add up to Toma great family vacation every time.

    The home was well appointed and quite comfortable. We were six seniors and it fit us perfectly. We were very close to good restaurants and very friendly people. We explored the White Mountains, the Winnipesaukee Lake, and the beautiful coastline along the Atlantic.
