Alpine Village 163

A three-floor, four bedroom, 1 3/4 bath townhouse at Alpine Village. Enter to the living and dining area with flat screen TV/DVD and air conditioning. Through the living area is the full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and stacked washer/dryer and, just off the kitchen, is the 3/4 bath. Also accessed from the kitchen is a spacious deck with picnic table, wrap-around seating and a gas grill. The second level of this townhouse hosts three bedrooms and a full bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed and television with DVD. The second has a queen bed and the third offers a full size bed. The top-most level of the townhouse holds a larger sleeping area with two trundle bed sets and a TV/DVD.

Alpine Village is located close to downtown North Woodstock. North Woodstock offers great dining opportunities including local favorites like the Woodstock Station & Brewery, Merland's, Pemi Public House, and Woodstock Pie and Coffee. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming (Cascade Park is just a walk away), kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Please note: Alpine Village Townhouses have only one allotted parking space.
The woodstove in this home has been disconnected.
This home does not allow pets.
This home does not offer pool or fitness center membership. However, 1-month+ memberships are available at either the Nordic Inn Club or the Mountain Club on Loon for a separate fee.
Alpine Village does not offer ski shuttle service.
This unit has one air conditioner, located in the living/dining area.
Due to insurance reasons, short-term guests may not use a wood-burning fireplace or stove at Alpine Village.

  The location was perfect and the place was over all clean. My biggest issue was that the toilets all had an issue and needed to be plunged frequently. One of the beds had a futon which was harder than those with a regular mattress and the people that got that room were uncomfortable. My only suggestion would be to get those toilets looked at and purchase a queen bed for the bedroom rather than the futon.

  It was a nice property with everything which a person would need. We had a nice time in the house. With its proximity to the national parks and the scenic byways, it was very accessible. The only downside to this place is that there are only a couple of bathrooms and hence delayed us a wee bit in getting ready for the day.

  The property adequately fit our large group. The unit itself is fairly dated as others mentioned but it was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the wood stove but we had to buy our own wood which the rental company reimbursed us for. No Wifi. No wine glasses. The 2nd bathroom is far from the bedrooms on the first floor but is needed if you have a full house. Very convenient to Woodstock. We never saw a shuttle to the mountain so had to drive to Loon. Good large condo if you have a big group and not looking for anything fancy.

    Alpine Village removed its swim club building a few years ago, but this home does have a membership at a pool about 5 miles away. We're glad that you enjoyed your stay otherwise though!

  The property is at a very good location.. and was nice and clean. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils, dishes etc. The only small complaint is that the AC in the living room was too small and could never cool the room sufficiently.. Would definitely go here again..
