Clearbrook 48-1

This townhouse is located in Clearbrook II and offers three bedrooms, two baths, and a beautifully remodeled kitchen.
Two of the bedrooms (one offering a queen bed; the other, a full over queen bunk set, a full bath, and a laundry room are located on the lowest floor of the townhouse. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area is located on the mid-level and offers a large flat-screen HDTV, Blu-ray DVD, and gas fireplace. The Primary bedroom suite with king size bed, large flat-screen TV, and private bath are on the upper-most floor. Finally, the sitting loft with a flat-screen TV and Blu-ray DVD is on the landing between the living area and the primary suite.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Please note: This unit does not have air conditioning.
This unit provides two parking spots.
Pool and fitness club membership of 1-month+ can be purchased for a separate drop-in fee at the Mountain Club on Loon or the Nordic Inn Club.
Dogs are welcome in this unit, there is a $50 one-time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed.

  We had a wonderful time at this rental. It was clean and nicely stocked with kitchen supplies. The only thing I would recommend is that the dryer be replaced. There is a note on it that says it won’t automatically turn off so you need to hang around the rental waiting to manually shut off the dryer. Other than that the rental was very nice.

  The property was perfect location for our weekend plans and allowed pets so we were able to bring our pups. The photo looked like there was some yard area, but picture is deceiving, there isn't much of a yard, the condo sits on a pretty steel slope, definitely can't walk the dogs around the yard. The lock box worked differently than what we expected, after fudging around with it for 20-30 minutes, we called the number given. It was very simple and we felt bad we had to call. Instructions to open should be listed on the email received with the lockbox code. The gas fireplace thermostat did not function properly, after the first night we were able to figure it out so that we could use it. All in all it was okay, a bit expensive for an off season weekend.

  The lights leading down the walkway did not work at all
  I went to use the oven to cook and found it had a lot of oven cleaner spray on the interior of the oven. It me a bit to clean and wipe it down
  I all so found mice turds in the bottom drawer of the oven

  Overall, this was an excellent rental experience. The condo unit was even better in person than it showed in the pictures. The online reservation process was easy as was check-in once we arrived. We are very satisfied and hope to be back next year. The only reason I gave "location" 4 instead of 5 stars is that you have to drive to the pool/tennis facilities (but it isn't far).

  This was our second time staying at this unit. The unit is large and very clean. The only suggestion would to be to bring some extra towels (we always do) as there is only one set per person but rental company does tell you this.
