Alpine Village 39

A spacious 3 bedroom, 1.75 bath, three-level townhouse in Alpine Village, this home offers room to spread out comfortably, from the living area with flat-screen TV, electric insert fireplace, several couches, and AC, to the extensive back deck. Between, still on the main level, lies the dining area with seating for 6 and 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. That full kitchen offers a dishwasher and microwave, while nearby is a laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer, and a 3/4 bath.
The second floor offers a primary bedroom with a queen bed, TV, AC, and direct access to the full bath. Beyond lies a second queen bedroom with TV, with hall access to that bath. On the top floor is a third large room with two twin beds and a sitting area with a TV/DVD player.

Alpine Village is located close to downtown North Woodstock. North Woodstock offers great dining opportunities including local favorites like the Woodstock Station & Brewery, Merland's Tap and Table, and the Woodstock Pie and Coffee Co. Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola/tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming (Cascade Park is just a walk away), kayaking, bird watching and much more.

Please note: Alpine Village Townhouses have only one allotted parking space.
Dogs are welcome in this unit, there is a $50 one-time pet fee per dog with a max limit of 2 dogs allowed.
This home does not offer a pool or fitness center membership. However, 1-month+ memberships are available at either the Nordic Inn Club or the Mountain Club on Loon for a separate fee.
Alpine Village does not offer a ski shuttle service.
This home has two air conditioners: one in the living room and another in the primary bedroom.

  I needed to find a dog friendly rental near Woodstock. A very convenient location. House was clean but did smell like someone had smoked. Third floor with twin beds only had a small bedside lamp that you had to find in the dark. Supplied coffee was atrocious!

  Loon was great to stay at because of its location to local food, shops, and sight seeing spots. The place was very clean and basic. Loved that it was dog friendly. The staff were so very helpful when the wifi wasn't working, went out of their way to help us even after hours. Check in and out was a breeze. The only thing that took away from the experience is I wish there was more thought behind the decor and giving guests basic necessities such as proper hand soap, shampoo, body lotion etc. They gave us very cheap tiny body bars that just seemed like an after thought... That would be my only improvements. Thank you for a lovely stay!

  Pros: Very comfortable beds; location is super (walking distance to restaurants, etc.); pet friendly; service-desk available to help (con: during open hours only)
  Cons: Living room television difficult to work with multiple remotes and no instructions and is not connected to WiFi (so no Netflix, etc. to log into); living room sofas had definite odor of animals (wet-dog smell)
  Overall had a nice stay, but for the price, have stayed in much nicer and updated Airbnb.

  We rented this unit with friends and found it very clean and well equipped. It's in a great location, very close to the restaurants and shops downtown (you can walk to them from this unit). We visited the Ice Castle which was only 5 minutes away by car. We stayed in a cooked many meals and the kitchen had everything we could have needed and more. The beds were comfy and bathrooms very clean. The property management team was very responsive and helpful during the reservation process. The only thing negative I have to say is that we had a hard time getting in the unit with the key provided. It took many tries to get the key to work which was frustrating.

  This was a great place to stay for a ski weekend. Unit is close to the mountain and local business and restaurants. The unit itself is pretty well equipped and clean. Just a few small things in the kitchen would've made it a teeny bit better (better knives for cooking and a toaster), but nothing that would keep me from renting it again.

  Overall we had an amazing stay. My biggest complaint is that the third floor was so hot it was uninhabitable. The air conditioner on the second floor shut off every few hours because the bucket of water filled. We had to bring sheets and pillows downstairs and sleep on the couches.

  We really enjoy staying in Alpine Village due to its proximity to the Woodstock Inn and other North Woodstock attractions. This unit was super clean, and my son loved the 3rd floor loft. There are chickens and ducks that live at a house out the back, so we enjoyed taking our coffee out there in the morning and watching them.
