With a newly remodeled kitchen, entry area, and entry-level ½ -bath as well as new flooring, this multi-level Lincoln Station townhouse provides an ideal location for any vacation or getaway. This townhouse also offers two living rooms with flat-screen televisions which allows plenty of space for all to spread out and relax.
Enter the freshly designed foyer with remodeled ½-bath and from there, the spacious open-concept living area, dining area, and kitchen. This open-concept space occupies the mid-level of the townhouse. The living room offers a variety of seating options, a gas fireplace), a large flat-screen television, and air conditioning. The dining area has seating for eight at the table with additional seating available close by at the kitchen counter. The lovely fully-remodeled kitchen offers stainless appliances and is equipped with all the necessities to create your favorite meal.

The primary and second bedrooms are located on the uppermost floor and each has a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and an attached private full bath.

On the lowest level, you will find the third and fourth bedrooms, each with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bath. Also on the lowest level is the laundry room with a modern front-loading HE washer and dryer and a second living room area with a couch, a table for playing games or crafting, and a flat-screen television.

Your stay includes membership in the Lincoln Station Club House with an indoor pool, outdoor pool, recreation room, and tennis courts.

Please note: This unit provides two parking spaces.
This home has winter ski shuttle access for specific dates as described at https://www.lincolnstation.org/ski-shuttle.html.
The pool and fitness club may be unavailable for short periods due to mechanical or physical maintenance. Admittance may be denied for non-adherence to club rules.
This unit does not allow pets.
This unit has three air conditioners: one in each queen bedroom, and one in the living room.

  The rental unit was great, pictures looked exactly like it. The description said 3 queens but it turned out to be 2 queens and 4 twins. Our kids loved the downstairs. The location itself doesn’t have much fun o do for toddlers but 5 and up would be great! The pool was very close to our place which was a plus, the swing set could use an update. Overall it was great and we will be back!

  This home was pretty much next to the pool and a short walk through a wood trail to the Riverfront Condos to get to the “Swimming Hole” in the Pemi. Home was clean and with 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths there was plenty of room for the 6 people we had. A few light bulbs were out and one of the room A/C units was malfunctioning but these things can happen in any home and we just worked around those minor items. I was not going to grill this trip but whoever had the unit prior to us being there did not clean the grates, it was left a mess. All minor things that did not affect the experience. The owners clearly take great care of this home.

  My family and I have been traveling up to Lincoln for many years and decided to try this rental after years in a different one. We were beyond thrilled that we made this move. We travel with 4 children and 4 adults and we all had more than enough room! Everything was extremely clean and updated. Having a porch was great, and having the grassy area and tennis courts so close by was wonderful for the kids. The pool was a short walk away which was great. We were able to carry all of our belongings with us without having to go a long way. We had everything we needed!

  My husband and I brought our two grandchildren, boys six and nine. The Condo is perfect for a family, the space comfortable, clean, well stocked, and easy to settle into. Beds very comfortable! The Condo has spacious green space off the deck where the
  boys could play and we could relax. It is steps from the indoor and outdoor pools. Paths along the river allowed for some nature exploration - Lincoln has lot's to do. It was a perfect weekend.
