This newly renovated, spacious vacation home is located in Clearbrook I, with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths this multi-level townhouse offers you space to spread-out, relax and unwind.

Enter to a foyer with a bench for removing your shoes and a closet for all your outer gear. Travel upstairs to the main kitchen, dining and living areas. The living area offers a wrap-around couch, chair, flat screen cable television and wood burning fireplace. The kitchen has the appliances and cookware necessary to prepare your favorite meal and offers two counter seats. The near-by dining table sits in a nook, can seat up to ten and holds an A/C unit. Also on this level is a full bath and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Up another level is a landing with an office area and the laundry room with side by side washer and dryer. One more set of stairs and you are at the upper most level of the townhouse hosting the primary bedroom with a king bed, streaming-only television and A/C; a full bath and an additional bedroom with two twin beds and a television.

Enjoy the Village Swim, Tennis and Fitness Club with two indoor pools, two outdoor pools, three Jacuzzis (one outdoors), sauna, exercise room and 12 tennis courts for your enjoyment.

Locally you will find plenty of seasonal and year-round activities to fill your time including shopping, golfing, mini-golfing, amusement parks (including a local waterpark), gondola / tram rides, natural attractions, alpine skiing and snowboarding, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, mountain biking, river swimming, kayaking, bird watching and much more.

    not satisfied with the cleanliness of home.
    drawers were dirty, windowsills with bugs, cushions on dining chairs were soiled and crumby. vacuum cleaner smells really bad, etc.
